Beluga can weigh as much as 2,000 pounds and live as long as 100 years. The most rare and expensive beluga's caviar is appreciated for the size and buttery taste of the caviar grains. Championship speed eating caviar Moscow recently hosted the first world championship in speed eating caviar . The event was held at the restaurant The Apartment. It was here that 12 people were selected , ready in just three minutes to absorb as much as possible the expensive product. Team-leading they had to start eating eggs and do not stop until until eaten half a liter .

The winner of the championship speed eating caviar became 49 -year-old Muscovite Alexander shafts . Just a minute 26 seconds , he destroyed half a liter .
